Healthy Homemade Fruit Snacks

Pineapple / Blueberry Fruit Snacks                     Peach Fruit Snacks


  • 1 cup of fruit (fresh fruit will work the best)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 & 1/2 thirds cup of lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup of juice from the fruit
  • 6 packets of gelatin

Heat the fruit, juice  and honey in a saucepan until the fruit becomes soft and mushy. Put the mixture in a blender and mix until well blended. Add the 6 packets of gelatin. Blend until well mixed.

Pour the mixture in an 8 x 8 pan. Put in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes to an hour. Once chilled and hardend, you can cut into tiny squares or use mini cookie cutters to make shapes. Store in the fridge.

This recipe is so easy and it makes a lot of fruit snacks. It’s an excellent healthy snack to take to work or school.
